Printing tips

  • In the print dialog, choose 100% / Actual size.
  • Turn off Fit to page or Shrink to fit.
  • Select the same paper size as the template (A4, Letter, F4, and so on).
  • Match portrait or landscape to the preview.
  • For custom sizes, your printer must support that paper size. Otherwise download the PDF and print on a compatible device.

Why checkbox lined paper

Each row is a task: tick the box, then write on the line. The boxes are drawn as squares in the PDF, so they print sharp instead of turning into fuzzy characters.

Teacher workflows

Use it as a student checklist, assignment list, attendance-style roll of names, reading log, or worksheet where each item needs both a mark and a written answer. Turn on Name, Date, and Class when you need a standard worksheet header.

F4 checkbox paper

Select F4 for 215 × 330 mm pages. A typical classroom setup is 8 mm ruling, 5 mm checkboxes, 20 mm left margin, and 15 mm on the other sides.

Frequently asked questions

Are the checkboxes real boxes I can tick after printing?

Yes. They are vector squares aligned to each writing line, not a scanned image of a worksheet.

Can I put the checkbox column on the right?

Yes. Choose left or right in Customize, then download the PDF.
